Could you draw tundra man or proto man? Any that works for you!
How about both? I love Tundra Babe and Booz! Please suggest more; Ask Box still open!
@bluesdln000 was in the lab.
Thomas Light was a family man by all means, even if there were people who would disagree that his sentient creations were able to qualify. They supported each other, listened to each other’s problems, and generally all cared for each other and did what they could. He loved all of his children, and tried his best to love them all equally. But there were those special few he had spent more time with, who had truly touched his heart and - if any of them - would be presumed his favorites, among those who claimed every parent must have at least one.
He would never want to admit it, mostly due to the fact of the matter that it was a poor turn for a conversation regarding those uninvolved, but his first creation had most certainly been one of those few bots. The child he had been so happy to have, to treat to life like he wished his own father could’ve done to him - only to be left stunned and shaken when he saw him collapse on that field. He had been so quick to run out, and yet Light had failed him far before that moment. It was that core - that part that he had been so worried about before, the part that he was told would ‘-be okay, it’s only a robot so you shouldn’t worry about it so much. Worse come to worst, you repair it once any negative signs show up.’ And yet that was a chance he never got, for one reason or another that bot he considered his son had gone. And it was anyone’s speculation as to where or why, something that raced in his mind for years to come...
And now, walking in through his lab late that night, Thomas saw his boy standing there. The light had been flicked on, and he saw that familiar design and armor - and poised and ready to reach for the knob he himself had just turned. Despite having known he did visit Rock and Roll on occasion, he had forgotten to check the cameras in his home before returning - and for that couldn’t help but feel frustrated with himself. If he had known that his eldest son would be here, he may have taken a detour or stopped to do something for a short period of time... It was after a moment of silent surprise that he spoke.
❝ ... It is no problem to me that you’ve been here, and just the same it would be nothing that I would hold against you if you decided to go. But know that while I wouldn’t force you to stay, I would be happy to be able to speak to you again. That choice is one I’m leaving with you. If you do decide to go, feel free to take an E Tank on your way out. ❞
And it was with that he carefully made his way past Blues and into that lab, where he took out an E Tank and set it on the counter. Afterwards he walked a short means away and walked over to his speaker system, where he began to set up a special album that he had been listening to since his college years. And without looking back to his son, he quietly awaited the decision he might make.

“Huh- Hey..! You there!” The Ultra calls out to the strange red android- at least she thinks he’s an android. She’s reluctant on getting close to them since the shield gives her the impression that he’s a combat droid, or worse; an Ultra himself. Either way, she’s ready for anything even if this just becomes a simple greeting.
“I don’t think I ever seen you around here. Mind if I ask who you are, and what you’re doing here? You look..Off compared to the usual androids.”
@bluesdln000 [Starter Call, Still Accepting!]
“You wanna tell me what you’re doin’ around here!?”
If there was one person he didn’t want around Wily’s Castle... well, it was Rock, but Blues was a close second for sure. He’d caught the prototype from behind, so maybe he had the jump on him...? He knew deep down that Blues was an observant piece of crap, but a robot could dream. If he’s smart, he knows that Bass won’t hesitate to put a bullet in his back.
“Scram, kid. I’m not looking to nuke the castle.”
Happy Proto Day
@bluesdln000
Rock hadn’t exactly forgotten about his big brother’s birthday, but the day still seemed to sneak up on him. One day he was researching gift ideas, and the next thing he knew, it was one day before the big day. Time in general seemed to have slipped from Rock recently. He realized that the last time he and Blues spoke, he had still been in Bass’s body, and they had another fight over the whole...replacement thing. The two had made up quickly and parted on decent terms, and yet Rock had still felt too hurt to seek Blues out since. He never even gave him the rock he’d bought for him during the summer, and that made Rock feel pretty awful.
Today was the perfect day to finally reach out to his brother and give him his long overdue souvenir, but there was no way Rock was going to be lazy and make that his only birthday present. No, he ended up coming up with several items that Blues could probably have used and would appreciate as birthday gifts.
Unfortunately, Rock never felt 100% certain about his gift choices for Blues. He’d known his older brother for years now, but there was still-and probably always would be-a certain level of distance between them that kept Blues shrouded in a layer of mystery to the younger bot. The two of them were also just very different people, so it was harder for Rock to guess what Blues would like since he couldn’t use his own personal judgement to guide him. All he knew was that Blues liked gifts he could use, but he wasn’t familiar enough with his daily life to guess what sort of items he needed. All he could do was hope this year’s guess was a good one.
Sometime during the day, he gives Blues a call, knowing that his brother is fully expecting to hear from him. “Hi there, birthday boy~” Rock makes sure to sound cheerful, hoping that there won’t be any awkward feelings because of how much time he’s allowed to pass since they last spoke. “I hope you’re ready for some cool presents and yummy cake. Where can I meet you to give you these?”
Birthday Blues
It was hard to think of a gift for someone that had everything.
Not that Blues technically had everything. A lot of stuff, yes, all jam packed into his rat nest of a home. Anything Forte could think to get him Blues could get for himself, and probably have more fun hunting it down. He'd probably still appreciate a gift but that wasn't enough for Forte.
Blues was cool, no, super cool, and he deserved a gift that reflected that. The trouble was that he didn't need anything that Forte could give. Sharp was desperate for confirmation that he truly deserved to be here. Rock was head over heels for anything sweet. Blues, though... Blues was an important friend. He was independent and snarky and just a little desperate for attention (but only on his terms).
Gospel thought Forte should just make Blues an 'Important Friend' button, which Forte thought was stupid. Gospel thought Forte's own idea was pretty stupid, but Blues was Forte's friend and not Gospel's so ultimately Forte had the final say. And since he knows where Blues lives now he can go straight to his home for a personalized delivery .
