“My Diamond, you called for me?” It was odd, being sent to do something, then being called right back. However, she was meant to be this way; delicate little Pearl who simply did as her Diamond said to, whatever it may be. Often a messenger, as of late, when not a quiet little statuette on the floor by the great Diamond’s chair.

She could almost miss the days of being busy, but this was quite alright. In the end, she had no complaints, either way.

Rhodonite almost fell over with how quickly she stepped back.

It was Blue Diamond; exactly who she had been trying to avoid. Anything she could say was swallowed down her throat, and she was already tense with fear. A caged animal ready to spring and run away once they had the opportunity. The gem locked eyes with the monarch, continuing to step back, and then...
