When blur launched the Size Zero Enterprise it was not just a philosophy but more a way of life - a state of being.
We live Size Zero Enterprise's 10 principles daily and have them embedded in our very being. Further, we constantly challenge ourselves to do more - to be more Size Zero than any other enterprise in the world. After all it's not enough to have the worlds leading Size Zero platform we have to be the worlds leading Size Zero Enterprise.
All blur's remote meetings are conducted via video conference (Zero Carbon). The vast majority of customer meetings are virtual. Try it - you'll be surprised by how quickly customers get on board.
blur's new style org chart reveals that we now have 672 people working on our business (in service providers we use regularly) with just 67 FTE's in the business proving we have hit our goal of just one full time employee working in our business for every 10 working on our business (Zero Baggage).
We obsess about revenue per headcount and measure it daily and weekly. We constantly challenge ourselves to do more with less (Zero Inefficiency).
We have had overwhelming support for Size Zero Enterprise since we unveiled the concept a few months ago. Consultancies, accounting firms, enterprise leaders and our ecosystem have got behind it. Two questions have surfaced regularly:

The first question is easy - The Size Zero Enterprise book (it will have a better title!) will be out this summer. The second question is answered by our management approach which we call 'Managing from the Middle'.
