So are these poor girls going to learn anything about the Heroing part of being a pro?
Oh, Momo. You’re hopeful spirit is endearing.
I sure hope they get something worthwhile out of this experience. For Momo’s sake.

Welp, it seems we’ve reached the half way point just as Iida prepares to do something stupid.
...I’ve got a bad feeling about this one.
HOLY SHIT NOOOOOOOOO
Absolutely not, you put him back to normal this instance.
LMAOOO
I can’t stand any of this.
Best Jeanist has the right idea, the wrong execution. Maybe work on Kacchan not screaming “DIE” everytime he attacks something, hm?
The fact that Kacchan didn’t actually explode is a step in the right direction, though.
Love how out of place she looks.
Go on and build them muscles girl.
Oh no.
omfg
Everybody’s having a rough time, it seems.
UM OW???

That hurt him more than them. They were still properly admonished though, because they are good boys.
Okay, so, maybe All Might didn’t have to be a little shit for Gran Torino to beat the crap out of him.
In anime it’s very common to do the whole “Trial By Fire” type of training, where the character is just thrown into an either very dangerous or completely reckless -- or sometimes both! -- situation where they have to learn to use their power quickly.
When they could probably just. Take it in stages, lol. Like, I would think Deku should just practice turning off and on One For All and trying to move with that, maybe doing different exercises while the quirk is active.
But hey. I’m not a teacher, so what do I know.
LMAO
I’d make fun of this, but Deku has proven his quick thinking in the past, so I’m sure he has a better plan than this.
Love that he pulls his arms under the couch as though that was the problem.
Wait, so I’m rewatching the previous episode to remember what happened last time and they fucking show a shot of the microwave in the beginning.
So when Deku becomes a Pro Hero and starts teaching the newbies, will he also act like this? I sure hope so.
Another thought I had about this is that One For All has to be purposefully passed from one user to another. But the method of passing it on is by the chosen one taking in the genetic material of the person currently holding One For All.
In this universe, children inherit the quirk of their parents, and making a baby is taking in the genetic material of someone else. The process is the same, but different.
So what I’m saying is is that Todoroki is right and Deku is All Might’s secret love child.
Does Iida not wear his glasses under his helmet? Is he wearing contacts? Can he see?
I only ask because I am blind without my glasses and whenever I see people take their glasses off I wonder how they are able to function.
Iida, baby. I don’t think he cares. Stop monologuing and fight if you’re gonna fight.
Oh, nevermind, Stain would definitely kill a child.
You’re... not a hero yet. He only hunts heroes.
Big bro Iida has a fun eyebrow shape.
Sigh.
Episode 28
I... really wish the moment of Iida deciding to take his brother’s hero name had more of an impact on me, but... the circumstances just make me sigh. This is such a bad idea. I know he’s caught up in his feelings but that doesn’t change the fact that I can only see this ending poorly.
Speaking of ending poorly, I thought Raisin was releasing the Nomus to attack Stain, so I thought they’re little pact was over. But I guess he’s just here for destruction and chaos?? Which is par for the course with Raisin, I suppose. Or maybe he’s causing chaos on his way to kill Stain, who really knows what’s going on in that bag of cats he calls a brain.
I had wondered what the rising conflict would be for the second half of the season since the only villain that had any major set up was Stain, and we already established him as Iida’s counter. I wasn’t sure how we were gonna get Deku and the others involved. And it seems the answer is to just have all hell break loose. Fun!
That’s all for now, until next time.
