So apparently today was my sister’s board exam result. Did I know? Absolutely not. Did I notice her suddenly turning into a late-night saint doing extra nawafil, tasbih-ing like her life was a Ramadan special, and tiptoeing into the room at midnight like a repentant sinner? Yes. Yes, I did.
I thought she was going through some deep spiritual awakening. Maybe had a dream where she met her future self in a jilbab. But no. It was just… result season.... Amazing how her spirituality syncs perfectly with exam boards. Truly, our very own limited-edition, results-dependent musalman.

I believe God will give us the desires of our hearts in perfect timing. I did my best for the exam. Tomorrow is the day. Finally, the results will be out. I have prayed for it and I believe that God will give me what I deserve. In His own perfect time, I will be a CPA. May You guide me through whatever. May You help me accept whatever the outcome is. I pray for courage and determination Lord. Courage to accept tomorrow, and determination to keep striving and be a better child of God. These I ask in Jesus' name. Amen.
