Private Chef Paul Kahan is a DC native residing in Ft. Lauderdale, and not your quintessential culinary artist. Following his passion for food has made for a rewarding career cooking on yachts for celebrities and socialites as well as private estates. Aside from serving up tasty dishes Chef Paul is also a boat owner, diver/spear-fishermen, and angler. It’s not uncommon for this chef to catch his own fish and then have it served from ‘sea to seat’ in a matter of a couple hours. Now that’s what we call fresh service!
