Sailing and good food simply go hand in hand for me and It doesn't have to be very complex or expensive to be good. I prepared these mussels in a white wine sauce in under 30 minutes along with a thick slab of home baked bread that we've come to call "Boat Toast" - since we don't have a toaster, I slice it thick, butter both sides and then toast it in a pan! . . . #svrocinante #sailinglife #mussels #toast #boattoast #foodporn #cookingonboard
