Back home for a short layover. This is my favorite fall cocktail! The Modern English: lots of gin, pear nectar, lemon juice, and a bar spoon of Goldschläger. BG decided to try egg white this time as well. The egg white made a perfect surface to float a dash of cinnamon on top, but didn’t improve the taste. Boatyard Gin is still our favorite ever and it is amazing in this cocktail as well.
