Today's #BoB22IGChallenge task for #BoutofBooks is to share my #FavoriteAuthor, #FavoriteBook, and #FavoriteSeries. And today's #jcfmay task is to share #keys as a prop. 😊 . . . . So I added my keys to this photo of my favorite book - by my favorite author - with book one in my favorite series. 😄😍❤ . . . . My favorite book is arguably Absolutely, Positively by Jayne Ann Krentz. And whether she writes as Jayne Ann Krentz, or as Amanda Quick or Jayne Castle, I simply adore her books, so she is arguably my favorite author. 😊🎉❤ . . . . My favorite series was a harder decision to reach, but I went with the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews. It's 11:30p on Day 3 of #BoutofBooks and today's #BoB22IGChallenge was to share my #FavoriteGenre. No contest there. My favorite genre is Urban Fantasy! 😄❤ . . . . Pictured are the first books in four #UrbanFantasy series that live in the living room, where I've been reading with my Max asleep beside me for the past couple of hours. I knew that if I got up, he'd wake up. Since I wanted him to stay where he was, I gathered the four books you see from on top of and under the coffee table. 😍🎉 . . . . Today's #jcfmay post accompanies my First Day of #BoutofBooks Report: it was okay. I started and finished one book (a middle-grade graphic novel) and started on another. 😊 . . . . All told, yesterday I read 193 pages (128pp in One Trick Pony by Nathan Hale and the first 65pp of You by Caroline Kepnes). I am also listening to parts of You (audiobook not pictured). I have it in my Audible app and listen while involved in some distractions, reading at other, free and clear, times. 😊 . . . . Today's #jcfmay task is to share #pebbles as a prop. I took the little bowl in the photo out front and scooped up part of our driveway for this task. (Scattering them around "artistically" was judged to be too much trouble. 😉) 😄😍❤ . . . .
