I Prefer Blue:paint in your hair, you don’t play ‘fair’; our muses are painting some rooms in the house, a debate between which hue ensues, and ends in an all out paint-war.

     With a brush in hand, Cleo wiped away her sweat before admiring the wall that was now coated with a dark shade of blue. Bobby had asked her for a favor almost a week ago to help him paint one of his rooms that was under renovation. Being the nice friend that she was, Cleo complied without a second thought and now here she was just a few strokes more before completion. She couldn't be any more proud of herself.

"What did you do?!" The male exclaimed, almost throwing his body over Cleo's, to which the girl looked very much confused. Wasn't he the one who told me to paint the wall? What? "You told me to paint--" "Yeah but not with that color!" The male exclaimed, panic written all over his face. It was only then that Cleo noticed the paint buckets that he had dragged in the room. "We were supposed to paint it in with these, not... that. That's for the other room!" The male groaned, to which the female just replied with a shrug. "You didn't specify-- HEY!!! WHAT THE HECK?!" Bobby had already painted over the wall that she spent almost an hour painting over with a quick swig of his brush.

"Bobby, damn it! STOP!" She laughed, rolling on the floor, paint drying on her hair, arms, shirt. She didn't mind though, seeing that her friend looked twice as worse. What had started with her blocking his brush from ruining her masterpiece, turned out to be a very serious paint battle and the fact that the wall looked better in this shade of whatever blue it was (not to mention the floor) is beyond perfect.
