One of my favorite parts of Werner and Bobo's dynamic is that they're family. Its one thing for an evil spirit to be wanting to possess you and whispering evil things in your mind to use your body to take over the world, its another thing for him to also be your own fucking grandpa
And its sort of poetic to me how they're the only family either has left. Werners wife and son are long gone, Bobo's dad is dead and her mother is missing. Werner resents and hates humans but he needs Bobo for his plans to work, Bobo is isolated and feels alone in the world and has no one except Werner. They sort of rely on each other in this weird way whilst also being the thing the other hates the most/thing causing them the most pain. And their sort of twisted toxic familial unit born from that is interesting to me.
And its also interesting to me how he specifically targets her "inaction" when her father was killed and in realizing she was being manipulated and stopping the kidnapping of her mother when hes bullying her.
Those are some of Bobos biggest traumas ofc, and he targets other things like her relationship with Nikki and her betrayal, etc. But that focus on her failure to her family, paired with his lines about his right to use her body because the blood running through her veins is the one that once ran in his and that focus on their familial connection— and i know Werner is more vengeful hateful spirit than thinking man at the point we see him— but its interesting to think that maybe hes projecting on her somewhat for not being able to save Lily, for not being there longer for his own son. His perceived failure towards his own family projected onto her.
Tldr Something something blood curse, the curse in their family, blood is thicker than water (specifically the misunderstood version of that quote. though the correct version can also apply to bobo in relation to her friendships with Nikki and momo etc. ) And something twisted and deeply familial.
