outta curiosity what made you decide on getting top surgery that also removed your nipples? is it just how that specific way is done? i've never really seen it done like that so I was curious haha

i wanted my nipples/areolas removed so i had them removed. it was not related to any surgical complication or my surgeon’s skill, and wasn’t a special type of chest surgery.
