Flashback to when @barnabus.bandwagon tried to staple one of his nipples back after I had removed them. Fun times! 🖖🏻 Quick info about #nippleremoval is that the entire nipple and gland is removed and #sutured in 3-4 layers. Chest should be wrapped with compressing bandages for at least 3 months. Superficial #sutures are removed after 10-14 days. There’s as many reasons to why as there are people having their nipples removed. There’s nothing to understand and if you don’t want your nipples removed you don’t need to know why. I will post healed pics of this procedure in a couple of days. Fresh #hypertrophic #scarremoval on @commanding_cisco that I performed at @calmbodymodification yesterday. Good seeing you again, buddy! ❤️☀️This was not a #keloid, but simply a #hypertrophicscar from a botched piercing. This type of scar come from various reasons but mostly from piercings angled wrong and not allowed “to be left to heal”, so the body is trying to keep the jewelry from moving thus creating #scartissue forcing the piece of #foreignbody to sit still. Fresh #earlobereconstruction on @amandabravo_ that I performed at @calmbodymodification yesterday. Thank you for the show of trust! ❤️☀️Before this causes a #shitstorm amongst all the "experts" on Instagram I'm going to explain a few things. These earlobes were #stretched to around 10mm (00g) twice leaving some "extra tissue". The client had been without jewelry for TWO YEARS prior this procedure. It wouldn't have closed up on its own. Once you've stretched your earlobes the tissue will forever be compromised. There will ALWAYS be extra tissue. On some people it might not show a lot but they will NEVER go back to normal on their own. It might not be a big deal for some people but it was a big enough deal for this client so she chose to have this procedure. Think about that before you comment. Should I have only removed the hole? That wouldn't achieve the same result once healed. It's a lazy Sunday so I'm reposting some old work. 🖖🏻 Before, fresh and 5 months healed #keloidremoval on a clients who traveled from Scotland to get this procedure performed by me at @calmbodymodification. The #keloid, that the clients had named Barry btw, was the result of a botched #industrialpiercing. It grew for 4 years before it matured and it had its own blood supply. Around 1 person out of a 1000 have the predisposition to get this and to dumb it down it's basically a wound healing disorder that makes the tissue to not stop healing even though there's nothing left to heal thus creating more and more tissue. Last time I heard anything from the clients was when she sent photos of it healed and she told me that she'd been wearing her hair up EVERYDAY since she had the procedure performed.
