Tried studying biotechnology today but still not confident with it. Though my throat pain has reduced, the body ache, headache, and tiredness have increased a lot. I genuinely wanted to make this day more productive, but I couldn’t push myself through the pain. Decided not to go to school tomorrow either — I need one more day to rest and recover. Hoping to feel better soon
