when im at the gym on the treadmill, i put the treadmill up so its like im walking up a hill for half an hour. i want to alot of weight, will this help or is that more for gaining muscle? should i put it down to ground level?
I would say start of at ground level but a fast pace, therefore it is like you are fast walking. If you notice your legs toning and getting slimmer stick to it, if not put it to the higher level.

but i heard that the harder you work (ie running) the more calories you burn? can you explain the walking thing, im so confused and ive heard many different explanations. why is fast walking/ light joggin better? love your blog, not criticizing at all just enquiring
Running has a higher chance of giving you muscles. So if you want to be toned and slim down the fat I suggest fast walking and light jogging over running.
