Body Strain!
When you think of art what do you think of? Do you think of how beautiful it is? Do you admire how the artist express their emotion in a picture? Or maybe its how The Artist crochets comfort with no harsh lines and welcomes you to feel the organic art. How many hours do you think the artist spend's creating? From the development stages to The End. The Artist does spend countless hours on one creation and sometimes in one position. When The Artist endures countless hours sitting, standing, squatting, and in repetition motion this can cause body strain. The back especially, the back does bear most of your body weight. Alot of times The Artist willingly knowing that their puttung their body through physical stress to get that Art piece complete. Straining can have various effects on your body. The 1st symption of a strain is pain to indicate to us that something is wrong. The 2nd symptom could be swelling along with spasms. Avoid body strain and take breaks regularly. Strech get up and walk, make time for a snack. Somethings things that I do to recover fast from body strain is massages, I do yoga on a regular basis, and most important rest. Depending on the location of your body strain and the severity you may need to seek a health care professional. Remember do not ignore the signs your body is giving you.
