Daily summary 🍽 So I did not workout today, which is fine. My body needs a day off here and there..my total calorie intake was 847 leaving me with 569 calories left to eat to get me to my BMR of 1410 calories per day. 🔥Due to popular demand🔥Outdoor boot camp classes are coming!! 🌷🌳Classes will be conducted at Fireman’s Park in the north end of Niagara Falls. We’ve got battle ropes, kettlebells, tractor tires, wall balls, agility ladders, plyo boxes, sledge hammers, etc etc...AND YOUR body doing body weight drills out in the fresh air.
