Tim Boetsch KOs Johnny Hendricks in the 2nd round
I mean what can even be said? It just felt like Boetsch, a massive man who has fought comfortably at 205 lbs, was due to pull this off. Hendricks didn't look great and Boetsch is one of those guys who seems to pull off that offense outta nowhere. If Boetsch played basketball, he'd be that 3 off the bench type guy.
What do you even do with Hendricks? He's a popular guy who has now missed weight in two different weight classes and is on a pretty ugly losing streak. He's NOT a welterweight anymore and he's not much of a middleweight anyways----and he can't even make THAT weight! I would say "Wait for 175 lbs" but he might not make that weight either!

Antonio Carlos Jr subs Tim Boetsch in the first round!
That's a really weird win. Antonio Carlos Jr looked really stiff and haggard on the feet vs Tim Boetsch, both dudes just sort of marching forward and slamming into one another. He looked as great as he always does when the fight went to the ground though, pounding Boetsch out (it should've been a TKO) before Boetsch gave him the neck for the RNC.
Feel like this fight should be held over a dip cup or something.

Boetsch has a teensy bit of success and then Jacare subs him.
Boetsch had a bit of success vs Jacare but then Jacare catches a kick, scores a takedown and then eventually tears Boetsch's arm up wwith a submission. Very Rockhold-esque. Jacare stays busy, picks up a paycheck and likely earns himself a hefty bonus as well.
