i apologize to everyone on toonblr as i didnt really inform you guys i was going to toonfest columbus this saturday (though some people did recognize me or my boiler plush, hello!) but it was one of the most magical experiences in my life.
im not going to dwell on it too much here, but i had been struggling a lot with feeling like i didn't "fit in" within the toontown community, along with general insecurity about my art. having people in person recognize me and want to take time out of their day to spend time with me or even just say hi, or tell me they liked my work, really meant the world to me. i cannot thank you guys enough for how supported i felt at toonfest. the people i met were incredible, and i really wish i could've went all 3 days!
(on another note, i did get the toon enough pass so i have the boiler shirt now, yippee!!)
