This is a philosophy I recently heard that people aren't held up to standards as they used to. In the 40s, creative names to describe “queer” such as Tru-gender, disarm bigamous, N/A, etc. weren't accepted or even thought of, now you have people who say that you shouldn't have to be held up to any qualifications to be beautiful. I believe that... to an extent. I completely accept LGBT (and asexual), but anything else seems... unnecessary. You should be accepted if you have a mental condition including depression, autism, etc. but when people accept you for not trying to make friends, trying to gain sympathy, celebrating being an introvert. This kind of stuff shouldn't be accepted, if you're sad about your amount of friends, don't try to get sympathy, go out and fix that fuckin problem. If you're overweight, don't try to feel bad for yourself, go out and fix that problem. I cringe when I hear people say "you should be completely accepted for whoever you are" No!! Fuckin fix your imperfections and don't celebrate them!! Make yourself better and don't wallow in sadness! You feel bad about yourself and you want my sympathy? Shut the fuck up and do it yourself. This is fucking America. We're not gonna hold your hand. Get up and start working.
