A specialty Belgian beer bar operated by Mr. Yamada, who is also a jazz musician. The 36-year old cafe was a favorite of renowned beer writer Michael Jackson, pictured here with the proprietor Mr. Yamada. The cafe menu contains hundreds of rare selections, many imported from Belgium directly by Mr. Yamada himself. Bois Cereste is a rare treasure in the Tokyo beer cafe landscape.
