One of the things I knew I HAD to do was meet Ming Na Wen because she’s one of my fav. However, she was only gonna be there on Saturday so her booth was always SO JAM PACKED. Honestly, ever since the beginning of the day her line is always so long. Fortunately I secured a photo op with her which, but I also really wanted an autograph. Unfortunately for my timing, I ended up heading to her booth at the end of the day which means I WAS LAST IN LINE.

And god DAMN It was a long line!

I think I was standing there for a good hour, hour and a half maybe. Because she only had one day, everyone wanted to meet her. And DAMN the woman is a champion cause she literally met everyone! She even went over her time, wanting to meet everyone who was in line already.

The con ended at 6 but I think her last meet and greet was just shy of 7pm. (Even though she had to be at the airport at 7:30) WOMAN IS A DAMN CHAMPION!

The thing about Ming Na, which I will never forget, is how much time and care she spends with each and every person she met. Yes, she was rushing, but she always took time to say hello to people, thank them for waiting and to see her, and make sure to have a moment with them, even if it was a short one. 

And it wasn’t just during the autograph booth, even at the photo op she took time to say hello to everyone and thank them for being there. And if you’ve ever been to a photo op, it’s usually a quick in and out. But with Ming Na’s, she said hello, how are you doing? 

Honestly, she’s not a princess, she’s a MOTHER EFFING QUEEN!

One of the things I was looking forward to this year was visit Katrina Law again. Last year, the experience of meeting her was so amazing and memorable that I just had to meed her again.

So I stopped by Katrina booth, which was even more fun this year. They were listening to Christmas music at her booth, and her ambassador’s were singing along and I couldn’t help but sing along. And when it was my turn to meet Katrina, we did a little dance to the Christmas music. 

While I was getting my picture with her, someone at Ming Na’s booth behind us started to do a hypman yell along the lines of “GIVE IT UP FOR THE UNDEFEATED AGENT OF SHIELD MING NA WEN!” and Katrina immediately bolted to see what was going on. A moment later she came back completely amazed.

And just as I was leaving Katrina said, “Wait, aren’t you gonna do that for me?”

And me, being put on the spot by this unicorn (no really she was wearing a unicorn horn headband) I said, “Okay.”

And then proceeded to scream “EVERYBODY GIVE IT UP FOR THE UNBELIEVABLE, INDESCRIBABLE, KATRINA LAW!”

And Katrina said “Oh my god you actually did it!”

So, yep, making a fool out of myself for my fav. That is me.

So I wasn’t really planning on doing any photo op or meet and greet with John Barrowman this year as I had already did that last year. The only thing I did want to do that involved John Barrowman is watch his panel since I didn’t get to last year (as he had to cancel).

But then I saw on the list of photo-ops that said John Barrowman + Wonder Woman, I said to myself “I have no idea what that is but I WANT TO BE PART OF THAT” So lo and behold, my photo op with Wonder Wo(man) John Barrowman! LOL

But more importantly, I FINALLY EXPERIENCED A JOHN BARROWMAN PANEL, which is more like a 1 hour stand up special. Honest to god the entire time I was just cackling because so many jokes, so many hilarious stories shared. Including his 50th birthday with Stephen Amell in a speedo and his make out scene with James Masters on Torchwood. Honestly, if the panel is online, go watch it cause it’s hilarious. I’m actually gonna do that right now.

As for the Wonder Woman bit...I mean I think the photo above is self explanatory lol.

it probably did happen. there is no way thea wouldn’t vent to felicity about it and be like “HELLO! UR SUPPOSE TO STOP HIM FROM MAKING STUPID DECISIONS!”
