Bollinger PN VZ16 Brut

This is a new cool experiment from the humans at Bollinger. This one's a blanc de noir made of 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru fruit. Baked apples, boysenberries, and macerated blackberry notes on the nose. Tarte tatin, lemon, stone, and chalk on the palate. Cool stuff!
