Ingredients: 500g spaghetti. 400g ground beef. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 carrots, grated. 2 celery stalks, finely chopped. 1 can 400g crushed tomatoes. 1/2 cup tomato paste. 1/2 cup beef broth. 1/2 cup red wine optional. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the ground beef in a big pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. Put the garlic and onion in the pan. About 34 minutes of cooking will soften the food. Put in the celery and carrots. Hold on for three to four more minutes. Put in the tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, basil, and red wine, if you're using it. Add pepper and salt. Mix well. Slowly cook the sauce over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every now and then, until it gets thick. Put the spaghetti that has been cooked in the bolognese sauce. Add grated Parmesan cheese as a garnish. Have fun!
