Skates
I bought some gumball toestops for my white R3's ( fairly new) and relised that after about 3 hours of tugging and twisting trying to get my left toestop off, we gave up. Thinking it was just us being unfit and weak, i decided to ask our amazing coach ( Lil Joker) as he builds his own skates and really knows his stuff, to try and get it off. He tried, but he said the skate had been built wrong! He said it was double bolted or something like that! So hopefully returning them.
Anyway, we had a lovely skate at bombernation! With loads of fun drills like getting into groups of 5 and doing a relay race of at 1 cone drop to knee's 5 press ups, sprint, next cone 5 sit ups! Tiring, but loads of fun!
