The CoverGirl Bombshell Curvaceous Mascara has some qualities that I both love and hate. I've honestly never felt particularly partial to any one mascara, so this one was an interesting experience for me.

The mascara did what it promised. It definitely lengthened and volumized. And it lasted all day!

Now on the other hand, the mascara seemed to remain sticky all day as well. At the end of the day, it was impossible to remove fully (even when using the recommended makeup remover).

So, as you can tell, I'm torn when it comes to this mascara. Have you tried it? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

SurfsUpVoxBox: Mascara Application & Review

Just got my first VoxBox! The Surfs Up VoxBox is AWESOME!

Here, I've shown the color of the included SinfulColors polish in "OCEAN SIDE." I think it's beautiful, if a little dark for a summer color. But, with the storms going on lately, maybe it's more appropriate than I thought! It takes a couple layers to get a decent coating, but the color is lovely and shiny, and the formula is a lovely consistency! I also got coupons for Jamba Juice Smoothie Kits! I guess you buy them at the grocery store, add juice, and blend! One is for a free one; the other is for $1.00 off!

Based on scouting out other people's boxes, one product I was REALLY excited for was the Hawaiin Tropic Silk Hydration After Sun lotion with aloe gel! It smells summery and wonderful, and I hope it will help out my burnt, peeling skin from a Father's Day jaunt on the boat! I just want my arms too look less like peeling leporacy at a wedding I'm attending this weekend!

I also got a First Aid Shot Therapy. This one seems really interesting! It's a drinkable shot of pain relievers I plan to use during my next sunshine-induced headache or cramps period day! The flavor is Berry, which sounds nicer than "pill" flavor. 

The variable item in this box was either travel-sized shampoo and conditioner from Not Your Mother's Beach Babe brand. The other option was COVERGIRL Bombshell Curvaceous by LashBlast Mascara. I got the shampoo and conditioner, which are wonderful travel sizes at 1 fl oz! I just bought new mascara, so these are the item I was hoping for! They are coconutty and be achy smelling and I'm excited to use them on my Florida trip! They both seem creamy and luxurious!
