Luna Child, Sunny Milk and Star Sapphire all have the same spellcard background in Fairy Wars. The gifs above illustrate one example for each character and when all three fairies are together.
In Fairy Wars, there are some spellcards which, despite having identical names, they have the actual spell number different.
One case is with 「スリーフェアリーズ」 "Three Fairies" which can be found on the following routes as:
A1-3 route as Spellcards 41-44 C2-3 route as Spellcards 237-240 A2-3 route as Spellcards 77-80 B2-3 route as Spellcards 157-160 B1-3 route as Spellcards 121-124 C1-3 route as Spellcards 201-204
The spellcard has small variations on the position of the characters and the colour of the fireballs, as follows:
A1-3 and C2-3 routes have Sunny in the middle, Star on the right and Luna on the left; reflected fireballs are orange A2-3 and B2-3 routes have Star in the middle, Luna on the right and Sunny on the left; reflected fireballs are purple B1-3 and C1-3 routes have Luna in the middle, Sunny on the right and Star on the left; reflected fireballs are yellow
Please note that by "reflected fireballs" I mean the fireballs that are created by the rice bullets that touch the left and right sides of the screen.
I still think it's a bit unnecessary to attribute a completely different spellcard number for something that's unchanged (could have had just 12 spellcards instead of 24 for this one - if you account all difficulties), but again, I suppose it was easier to code it this way.

In Fairy Wars, there are some spellcards which, despite having identical names, they have the actual spell number different.
One case is with 協力技「フェアリーオーバードライブ」 Team Tech "Fairy Overdrive" which can be found on the following routes as:
A1-3 route as Spellcards 37-40 C2-3 route as Spellcards 233-236 A2-3 route as Spellcards 73-76 B2-3 route as Spellcards 153-156 B1-3 route as Spellcards 117-120 C1-3 route as Spellcards 197-200
However, even if the spellcard behaves the same on all routes (the rain of green bullets is converted into fireballs when the fairies touch them), there are small variations on the position of the characters, as follows:
A1-3 and C2-3 routes have Sunny in the middle, Star on the left and Luna on the right A2-3 and B2-3 routes have Star in the middle, Luna on the left and Sunny on the right B1-3 and C1-3 routes have Luna in the middle, Sunny on the left and Star on the right

In Fairy Wars, there are some spellcards which, despite having identical names, they have the actual spell number different.
Such case is with 日熱「アイスディゾルバー」 Sunfire "Ice Dissolver" (which can be found on A1-3 route as Spellcards 29-32 and C2-3 route as Spellcards 225-228), 星熱「アイスディゾルバー」 Starfire "Ice Dissolver" (which can be found on A2-3 route as Spellcards 65-68 and B2-3 route as Spellcards 145-148) and 月熱「アイスディゾルバー」 Moonfire "Ice Dissolver" (which can be found on B1-3 route as Spellcards 109-112 and C1-3 route as Spellcards 189-192).
If you look at the variants from both routes (top and bottom gifs), you can see they are identical. In my opinion it feels a bit unnecessary to attribute a completely different spellcard number for something that's unchanged, but I guess it was easier to code it this way.
協力技「フェアリーオーバードライブ」 Team Tech "Fairy Overdrive" and 「スリーフェアリーズ」 "Three Fairies" are also other situations of spellcards that have the same name but different spellcard numbers, but their case is a little bit different so I'll showcase it in another post.

In Fairy Wars extra stage, you won't die (lose 100% motivation) if you fly under Marisa's lasers. Instead, your motivation will gradually decrease, so you still need to be careful not to lose all of it.
In Fairy Wars Hard or Lunatic mode, the stage enemies (not including the midbosses) shoot some red bullets when you kill them. Those bullets can harm you.
If there are red bullets on screen when the dialogue begins, they will be erased. However, if there are still fairies on screen the moment the dialogue begins, they will be killed, generating red bullets targeted at you, which will not harm you.
