Clownpiece's 獄符「ヘルエクリプス」 Hell Sign "Hell Eclipse" survival spellcard from Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom (Easy and Normal).

On Hard and Lunatic the spellcard is called 獄符「地獄の蝕」 Hell Sign "Eclipse of Hell" and the star pattern is different.

Junko has two solo spellcards during the extra stage of Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom. At the beginning of those spellcards, her portrait is shown, but the spellcard background is that of Hecatia. She has her own spellcard background during stage 6.

On Lunatic difficulty, the spellcard is called 「地上穢の純化」 "Refinement of Earthen Impurity" and it additionally has blue bullets.

Seiran, Ringo and Mike Goutokuji have a common texture in their spellcard backgrounds, although coloured differently. While in-game it's clearer that Seiran and Ringo have something in common, in Mike's case it's not so obvious.
