Locked vs unlocked Achievements list from 100th Black Market.
In Unconnected Marketeers, the order of the cards on the game HUD is reversed than how it is in the menu (in the gif above: Alice -> Okina in the menu, but Okina -> Alice when the stage begins).
In 100th Black Market the order stays the same on the HUD as in the menu (in the gif above: Alice -> Okina in the menu and when the stage begins).
When you first view the tutorial from 100th Black Market, you will start with 4 lives (3 hearts in the corner). However, after you beat the tutorial for the first time, the following times you play it, you will start with 2 lives (1 heart in the corner) - if you do not have any equipped cards that grant you additional lives.

FairyWave Type Tutorial 2
The screenshots of the patterns are from Overdrive mode. There is one pattern called FairyWave Type Aim and another one called FairyWave Type Aim 1, which don't seem to be any different. While Aim 1 can be encountered during 1st Market, End of Market and Challenge Market, Aim can be seen only during 4th Market, in combination with another pattern.
Also, regarding FairyWave Rainy Bule, that is most probably a typo, considering the other attack is named FairyWave Rainy Green. Of course, the green one has green bullets, while the "bule" one has blue bullets.

From left to right, top to bottom:
Haunted Place Blue
Haunted Place Red
Hellish Fairy Crazy Bullet
Hellish Fairy Flash
Mild Onibi
Murderous Wheel Ghost
Phantom is going home
The screenshots of the patterns are from Overdrive mode. Mild Onibi seems to be available only in 6th Market. Since 6th Market has a combination of two patterns, it doesn't seem like you can encounter this pattern on its own.
