My all time favorite thing and it's giving me butterflies just thinking about it..is when I've read a book and them see a movie trailer and I recognize the character and the story and realize its the book I read come to life. Such a high.

The perks of being a wallflower, beautiful boy, and now..cabin at the end of the world(knock at the cabin)!!

Such huge books to me for each stage of my life.

I love how you have to write literary essays in the present tense because the action is literally still going on. it’s in print. Every moment that passes in our lives, the exact same scenes will always be going on in literature. So of course you write in present tense.

So your favourite character never died they’re still fine on page 16 or whatever. And your ship never sank because there’s still that lingering glance going on in chapter 25, even if they break up in chapter 27.

At least that’s what I tell myself

You know your a book nerd when:

1. You are hesitant to start the last book in the series because it’s the last book in the series or you know that you are going to have to wait a year for the next book to come out

2. You are hesitant to start the second book because the first book was so amazing that the second one couldn’t possibly be as good as the first 

3. You laugh in public and don’t care who sees when an funny scene happens

4. You give your favorite characters advice (out loud) while your reading the book

I love finding the little treasures hidden in the cracks of the pages of a book. You might find a crumb and you begin to wonder about the person before you. What they were eating. Was it their favorite cookie? A slice of birthday cake? What were their thoughts about the words written on the pages before you. Were they the same as your own? Or were they different? Where are they now? Did the book affect their life, their perspective as it has affected yours? Why did they pick up the book in the first place? I’m full of thoughts and questions. I just have to be sparked to iterate them.

Vented Tracking

As part of my mental health happiness, I read.  a lot.  and I love it.  It's my awesome momentary escapism from reality... which I personally believe everyone needs from time to time.  

I finished this one yesterday....

and then started this....

If you haven't read them... you really should.  They are very good. 

If you have read them... I'm thinkin' she's way too damn smart to have forgotten about the chip.  This irritates the poo outta me.  WakeTFU Katniss!!
