For the Item Pick-Up Anon! This is obviously going to be a multi-part request as well, but I have no idea how many parts it's going to be. D:
I will update the tag and batch download pages later this week.
Day Four
Planned on waking up at seven. Ended up waking up at ten. Why does this keep happening?
Anyways, went to eat lunch across University at the Wesley Foundation house. Hooray for free hamburgers! That's pretty much all I'm eating.
Becca Joy drove me and Kendall to the Double T Bookstore. Kendall and I wanted to just lay down on the floor and die. It was so hot outside and so not inside. Becca Joy picked up five books. Goodness, college is ridiculous.
Then she drove to Robert Lance Jewelers, my aunt's store, so that I could pick up a few books that I shipped there.
Finally back at school, I walked to my dorm. I started working on my white and cork board, so of course my mom wanted to call me. I asked if we could skype instead. We did. I finished working on my boards and she finished working on her ID things for her class.
Lilndsay called me and invited me to go to this random lady La'Cretia(?)'s house for swimming and free hamburgers. Definitely not turning that down, so I drove over to her hall. It was too far to walk. I ended up driving everyone to her house while other people followed my car.
There, I met a few new people. Jessica was pretty cool, so were Colton and Alec. Colton is a twenty year-old freshman, which makes me feel cool because I'm an eighteen year-old sophomore. La'Cretia gave us hamburgers and chips and brownies and water. She is a fabulous cook and an absolutely wonderful person. Apparently, her daughter went to Tech and now they just invite students over for food and fun. Their house is amazing. Her husband is an anesthesiologist, so they have lots of money.
Back at my dorm, I printed out binder covers and watched the news. Steve Jobs is leaving Apple, what?! My friend Megan better not die in Hurricane Irene; she goes to the University of Miami.
Class tomorrow. Bed early.
