Book 11 for #ReadingChallenge2017: #acourtofthornsandroses by #SarahJMaas Rating: 2.6/5 Everyone's mostly giving out really high ratings for this but as much as I try to convince myself that it might be 3 stars worth... it just isn't. It's not that bad, actually an easy read. It just was really slow in the first 2/3rd of the book and I could hardly care what was going on. Only the last 1/3 actually really mattered for me and the first 2/3 could have been sped up more. It probably was to build up the romance but I hardly see people shipping Tam and Feyre so... yeah I think thay says a lot. Would I read the 2nd book? Yes. And I hope author's habit of writing a better 2nd book would hold up. I do hope it will be better. Im not gonna lie, this book, no matter how cliche' and predictable the plot is, still caught me off guard and gosh! I rarely placed it down while im at it. After short 8 hrs.
