About Lane:
Lane is a public servant, disabled artist, animal lover, and all-around compassionate human. They are currently in the process of finding a diagnosis for new symptoms that arose alongside their chronic pain.
This has left Lane incapacitated and unable to work. Despite careful planning, paperwork doesn't always catch up in time to pay rent (June 1st)
Lane is approaching the end of their protected leave, and has not received a paycheck in three months. Savings provided a cushion, but time is running out.
To make ends meet ASAP, Lane needs a minimum of $475. This pays their portion of rent and keeps them fed.
