If you follow me, or at least our characters interact, I'd appreciate if you'd read this. I'll put it under Read More to keep things tidy, but it's somewhat important.
There are two new players around, @ marquise-mindfang and @ coralcultivator. I know both these characters as well as their writers. And I want absolutely nothing to do with any of it.
There is a lot of drama involved, and if anyone needs more details, I'll explain my experiences privately, but the long and short of it is this: A cycle of repetitive, mean spirited, in-character drama which boiled over to a lack of accountability and communication out-of-character all blowing up pretty badly at the end of last year/beginning of this year.
The two parties involved have since gone their separate ways, and that's fine. However, those "separate ways" are becoming a lot less separate with these two on my dashboard. I have already blocked both, but seeing them on my dash, either through interactions or offhand mentions, is making me extremely uncomfortable, and a bit agitated, if I'm going to be honest (especially when the IC drama cycle starts again)
If you want to interact with these two, that's fine, I have no intention on stopping you. But if you could do me the favor of letting me know so I can unfollow you, I would appreciate it.
I have been stressing about all of this for a few days now. This draft has been in my files for several hours at this point, trying to get the wording right... I don't want to cause drama. I don't want to do some "Callout post" nonsense. And more than anything, I don't want to lose anyone to picking sides or hurt feelings. I enjoy RPing, and frankly, I'd like it to be a fun, stress-minimal experience for everyone involved. I would've preferred to just... Handle this on my own; blocks and blacklists and move on. But due to how things work around here, that's easier said than done.

I'm fine with sharing details, and I don't want to lose out on interacting with anyone, but I also do not want to fall into this mess all over again
