my entry for a pokedex collab run by @poketcg-art ! lugia is a lifetime favorite of mine, and i wanted to take a chance to study some card art. the original artwork is by hasuno!
decided to do something a little different though! the lugia and rocks were created in the now defunct paint 3d and then added the bg + rendering in clip studio paint
