lucky ones — ft. hikari
“your hair is a mess, sister.” seulgi drawls airily, lifting slender fingers to tuck loose locks of shades near identical to her own ( save the soft shades of pink tinting the ends ) behind her sister’s ear as her lips curve absently, glancing down at the slightly shorter woman with an arched brow.
“did you already sneak your way out into town or shall we have to look into finding you a better handmaiden?” the teasing lilt in her tone was easy enough to pick up, if ever, dancing orbs flicking over her kin’s delicate features as gold tipped nails trace over the younger’s matching family crest, straightening the necklace absently before taking a step back, a satisfied hum slipping past while she extends a hand, palm facing upward.
“come, i’m sure we can find a pair of princes to keep us company -- or even better, an exit out of this bore of a party without the unwanted company of duur’s army.”
at that, she casts her a pointed look, parts amusement and mischievous as she waits for the younger to take her hand.
admittedly, she wasn’t the closest to her sister ( a fact reciprocated on both ends ), but in a sea of duur, elv, and tempestade officials -- dragonborns were their own allies.
“unless you want to sit here and test your luck with the queen and her constant hunt for your future betrothed.”
