We know that based on Lucio's Valentine voiceline, he can be pretty flustered when it comes to romance. And Baptiste can be pretty charming and flirts in his interactions.

So imagine in a scenario where Lucio is newly recruited into Overwatch and noone has ever told him about Baptiste casually flirting with other people before, that when they first met, Lucio was taken aback from Baptiste's charisma and got flustered. Baptiste smiling all the while as he complimented Lucio's music.

However, in a scenario where Lucio was given the heads up about Baptiste's charm, Lucio was still a bit flustered but was able to casually brush it off and smile back, thanking him for the compliment.

In the context of Baptiste X Lucio, Baptiste not being able to fluster Lucio that much by his charm after their first interactions because he does it with others would be an interesting thing to play with.

Especially once Baptiste realized he actually may have a crush on the energetic DJ and he wants to know if Lucio interested in him like that.

Imagine if he sees Lucio being flustered by other people mentioning romance but when Baptiste does it, he just smiles warmly. And sometimes even quips back, though rarely. Lucio not getting as flustered by Baptiste's antics unlike before.

It may make Baptiste think that Lucio just isn't interested in him in that way. And that's okay.

But then, everything changes one day.

Every time Baptiste greets Lucio, he would almost stumble on his feet even if he wasn't wearing his skates. Every time Baptiste smiles at Lucio, he would just blink at him silently, smiling back before quickly looking away. Every time Baptiste talks to Lucio, he would just nodding along, sometimes even stuttering on his words.

Lucio realized he may have feelings for Baptiste.

And hoo boy is his disasterous heart not letting him get out of this one.

Alright if some ppl can ship Doomfist/Lucio just bc they were the only black guys even tho Doomfist is evil then I can ship Lucio with Baptiste, a fellow healer and a huge handsome caring man who regrets helping talon and wants to make the world a better place..... gays what are we calling it ? bapcio ? lutiste ?
