Art I commissioned from the amazingly talented @springbon-t-art ! The characters aren’t mine, but belong to @mistahkinganubis ! Their names are Hitch and Shirl, two OCs from her fic “Forces of Gravity,” an unofficial sequel to the Dreamwork’s movie Home. Hitch is a bright-eyed news reporter with an energetic flair to rival Smek himself! Shirl, on the other hand, is a no-nonsense Boov cop who finds herself in the crosshairs of his camera more often than she’d like. I highly recommend giving this story a read. Like this art, it is as full of personality, whimsy, and fun as the movie itself.

okay i love the movie Home (2015) and recently learned about the book that gave us the plot for that movie and it’s called The True Meaning of Smekday by Adam Rex and it’s illustrated and i’m actually obsessed with the Boov
