it might have been a bug ��♀️ but I really hope that's not the case and that he'll show up for you too
@boringcupcake I actually figured it out. Kyu is not a permanent fixture of the office. They come and go at random, no matter the level, so there is no leveling to get them, just ending up lucky enough for them to appear.
Also, remember, Kyu’s pronouns are they/them.
