I told fizz I would so here is everything I bought from mad routines shop for the insomniac release (which comes out tomorrow, or you can buy the file online, get it free when you order the cassette)

okay so:

a jewelry set to commemorate one of their songs "domino" it is one of my favourite songs and this jewelery set look absolutely gorjis

It comes with a necklace, a bracelet and a earing set, my ears aren't pierced so for NOW they are useless. I could get them pierced in the future (I am going to get them pierced in the future)

up next:

A MAD ROUTINE HOODIE!!!! :0

I saw this on the site and immediately fell in love with the "lace" on the connection between the sleeve and main hoodie. it is chefs kiss. (camcorder not included) such a cool design in all honestly and I love the logo stitched on the front. its dope

and then:

MORE JEWELRYYY!!!!!!

this is a mad routine themed necklace with the logo spelt out with beads, its such a pretty design (I know i have said that already for all of them but it speaks true) and it is just so wowo in all honesty

next up, the item that will make the order not arrive until march:

THE CASSETTEEEEEE. As stated by the big logo on the bottom right this is a preorder and won't ship until march fifth so until then my order will not arrive (which is unfortunate but it is what it is) As I have said on a previous tumblr post this cassette has 4 bonus tracks that will not be available anywhere else, not even as a download. plus you get the added singles domino and don't react

next up, something that has been on the site for a while

a CHOKERRRR, there isn't much to say about this. it looks neat and has the logo on it

And last but certainly not least

A insomniac printed dog tag with the words and logo HAND PRINTED by V, this is limited to one of four in the world and I like it. the scuffs make it look old but new because of the shine.

Thank you so much to mad routine for making this release feel special (and getting me out of bed early) these products are sick as fuck and I cannot wait for them to arrive in march (because of the cassette)

You don't have to love every single thing I talk about but knowing you decided to look at it, even if it didn't blow you away, makes me so happy. Thank you for looking at this band fizz <3

They are incredibly committed to their craft, they don't even live in the same country lmao (Vanessa lives in canada and I think cole lives in texas) So knowing they have managed to do this all while for the most part not being near eachother. recently cole went up to canada to do stuff with V to help promote the ep for example take photo's for the album cover and make music videos (all on a hi-8 camcorder which is neat)

And merch? yeah it is some of my favourite I have seen from a band not only does it look cool, but besides from the cassette/cd they are all mostly hand-made which makes it feel more personal I suppose.

I really wish I could've gotten their first cassette but like everything they sell, it is all limited edition, the stock for it is completely gone which is sad

LOOK AT THATTT. THAT IS SUCH A COOL CASSETTE, I REALLY REALLY HOPE THEY SELL IT AGAIN BECAUSE MY GOD ITS BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I do however have the cd and cassette of their most recent ep, titled pool party and the cd has their discography up until that ep so I do have some ways to listen to it. I just really like the aesthetic of that specific cassette. the over exposed picture and the transparent blue/purplle (idk, I'm colourblind) it is just SO COOL (mad cool- heh)

I am really looking forward to their new ep (comes out january so next month which is exciting) and because they release near my birthday I might be able to buy ALL if not most of the merch options using my birthday money

I did just turn this into a rant about mad routine xD
