Your Nashville anon should go to Bongo Java, across the street from Belmont-- celebrities are seen in there all the time, so if you don't see Taylor, chances are you'll still see Carrie Underwood/Keith Urban/Nicole Kidman etc. :) You should also try hanging out in downtown Hillsboro on 21st Ave-- Taylor spent a lot of time at a coffee shop there called Fido with the Parachute boys.

ahh i forgot about hillsboro village! anon- it's right around where pancake pantry is and has a ton of cute little shops and whatnot so i'd check that out too! also if you go to pancake pantry- it's better to go either really really early or at an off time like 1 or 2 bc otherwise you will literally wait in line for over an hour
