It’s good to know that there are still group, individuals and influential people na gumagawa nang paraan to make sure na buhay parin ang OPM sa bansa. If you’ll observe closely, you can definitely see the difference how produced music today differs from what the kind of music there was before. I’m not against our music today and with how music is being produced a few years back.
I just wish people still make time to appreciate our own genre of music. OPM has given thousands of opportunities to aspiring singers and songwriters in the country and if you’ll just learn to appreciate the kind of music we have you’ll see how beautiful they were written.
Today, trends and media greatly affects almost all the aspect of our life. We might appreciate foreign music but always remember to appreciate and give importance to our own.
