Guys! Y'all should watch Kipo and the Age of the Wonderbeasts!!! It is so cute and funny and it has all the diversity I could ever hope for!! All of the main characters are POC, and they have an openly gay character, and sisterly bonds, and a beautifully written plot!!! Check it out, I really want it to get a second season on Netflix!

Sometimes we shouldn't apply today's problems to the past because in the past it was 100% unproblematic, but unfortunately, people took it and made it problematic. Just like something that is wholesome today can become problematic in the future if someone were to take it and warp its symbolism.

One of my pet peeves in animes about singing is when the character is supposed to have a breathtakingly beautiful voice but they have the VA sing instead of getting an actual singer to sing the songs. Like yeah, the VA has a pretty voice, but most VAs have the same kind of singing voice which is bland in my taste.
