PLEASE i saw "botomi" and immediately went oh it must be how they say bottoms in slovenian and only then i realized it's actually a pairing name 😭😭😭 but speaking of said pairing omg be honest do you want me to suffer??? i know you do bcs what is this my poor baby kris i'm so sorry you will be going through it in this fic 😭 (im actually looking forward to reading it but im in pain already just like kris)

Pls this is so funny bc like Slovenian loves to steal words from English and I don't think Slovenian has a word for 'bottom' in that sense so they probably do in fact use the English word and then make it plural according to slovenian grammar rules a;lskfjew;f

And, actually, I wasn't going to make anyone suffer and just make this a happy Bojan/Tomi fic and then I realized it would be perfect if Tomi notices the thing between Kris and Bojan and is like "I saw the way he was looking at you tonight. He's probably wondering where you are right now." And then it turned into a Bokris endgame because i am nothing if not predictable. But I also love the delicious complexity of it: Bojan does love Kris, but he made a mistake. And he does are about Tomi. Tomi does mean something to him. He got carried away. It's possible to love someone but also be drawn to someone else, have a history with someone else, and it's messy and complicated. But they figure it out. They talk. They go over the misunderstandings that brought them here. Bojan apologizes. Relationships are complex like that sometimes, and I wanted them to find a way through that complexity.

A little sneak peak from my Bojan/Tomi with a Bokris endgame fic (the following is not about cheating because they're not together yet, don't worry):

"You come in here and tell me you love me in the same breath that you tell me you spent the most important night of our lives with Tomi Meglic? The guy you've idolized since we were fifteen? That you picked him over me? What am I supposed to do with that, Bojan?" Kris' voice is almost shrill and a little desperate.
