Baked—Everyday San Francisco, California
📷 by Sleepydrummer
I made a quick visit to Boudin Bakery in Fishermans Wharf, San Francisco, to see the factory and eat their famous clam chowder in a bowl of sourdough. Since we have been experimenting with homemade bread, I really wanted to try the so famous San Francisco sourdough. The bread is indeed very sour - but it is also light and has a beautiful golden colored crust.
The factory tour was quite interesting as well, I recommend if you are around the region!

There's a bakery in San Francisco that makes these. boudinbakery.com
My uncle came up to visit and brought sourdough bread and other stuff straight from the sourdough factory in San Francisco!☺️ So breakfast for the next few days will be amazing 🤤
Today's breakfast is avocado toast with over easy eggs and chicken sausage
