âI saw a boy that looked like you once,... âCept he had hair.â
boundforvalhalla liked for a starter.
It looked like scavengerâs heaven after a road warriorâs hell - dozens of vehicles, hurled together in one murderous pileup, lining the inside of the abandoned canyon. Some still smouldered, edged on by thick coatings of wasted guzzoline, and filled the air with sour scents as the cargo inside sizzled out. It did not look like anyone survived. Not for long, anyway.
She picked her way through the rubble of a particularly large rig, the closest thing to shopping in the charred gorge. Her knapsack bulged with fresh supplies; a crop of unspoilt produce inside the hold, some ammunition for an angry-looking shotgun, even a couple of handguns that werenât too badly burnt - only time would tell if they would explode in the hand of their user.
She scampered down with her current load, hauled it over to a dusty motorcycle that was hers, had not been part of the pileup, began filling the saddlebags. When they bulged and the rucksack did not, she turned back and headed for the cabin of the rig, crawling over it with a scavengerâs finesse. It had been flipped over, but was not impenetrable; a skylight still remained, crimped shut but obvious in its design. She hesitated for a second, then brought her heel down on the gap sharply, then again, and again, trying to widen the gap with dull thunk thunk thunks, that rattled around the ravine.

The vehicular pile up within the road ratâs valley was still untouched from hours before. It wasnât the best place to be but he needed to find a working car. It smelt of char and burnt flesh as he fished through the piles of metal and dust, grunting as he heaved a car door off a mostly intact coupe. It was then did he saw him, the car door dropping from his hands as he faced the crumpled looking boy.    â âYouâre here to haunt me too, arenât ya, kid?â Shaky fingers moved to hold his head. He could feel the edges of a migraine, the choir of his ghosts began to whisper and scream.
I don't see how anyone could not like you. You're fantastic! Your muse is literally one that I want to thread more with. I'm serious-- I want some Senpai!Ace and Kouhai!Nux threads where they've got this brother-like relationship goin' and just-- friend, I love writing with you and I want to be hardcore brochis with you if that's a-okay with you!
i definitely do want to thead a whole lot more with you and thank you. this means a lot it really does. and itâs definitely a-okay with me to be hardcore brochis ok.
thereâs concern on her face, and it stems from uncertainty. they would  all  meet  these  kind  of  ends  and  she  knew  it,   she  could  feel  it  in her bones. what she had not expected was the WARBOY mourning  her in a way akin to the other wives, away from everyone else.  where  she was planning on letting unshed tears fall.  â...are you alright?â
By Chance
She would never know what compelled her to stop at the canyon. Such rocky outcroppings were the domain of raiders and bandits who took shelter from storms, ambushed travelers, and utilized their surroundings for their benefit. By pure chance, Wander had chosen to camp in a crevasse, and when she returned to her bike, she had heard the cacophonous sound of violent crashing.
A quick exploration had her set upon by the rabid hounds she had expected to find, and a scuffle had ensued as she killed some and chased off the rest. Now, bruised and slightly bloody, Wander gazed upon her prize with slack-jawed wonder.
How many vehicles? How many supplies? Guns? Ammunition? Motherload.
Her boots landed on the sand as she made her way along the wreckage, spying bloodied corpses that gave her pause. How many had died? How many might yet cling to life?
She was about to pull out her gun when a sloshing, dripping sound drew her attention. Immediately she thought of leaking guzzoline, the risk of explosion. Moving around a vehicle, she spied the overturned tanker, but smelled nothing of the distinct odor of guzzoline. No, the tiny trickle that was flowing out of the tanker was something else entirely.
  It was water.
Staring, aghast, at the waste of precious water, Wander cast about for something, anything, to catch it in. Containers were dragged in place, a complex run of cups, receptacles and anything else that could hold water. Proud of her accomplishment, Wander stood back and sighed into her mask, reaching up to pull it free so she could breathe the air unimpeded.
Be Still [Everyone gets a meme today, so have a meme]
boundforvalhalla (omg thank u uvu)
Capable bit her lip slightly as she smiled, patiently letting Nuxâs long fingers clumsily and slowly find their way over her. He had awkwardly managed to ask if he could just⊠touch her. It was an oddly innocent question, from him anyway. The wives had been put on pedestals by Immortan, and because of this the War Boys seemed to see them as ethereal creatures. If it would ground him, show him she was just human like he was, thenâŠ
âSoft,â he mumbled absently, and she almost jumped slightly when he gave her thigh a squeeze, but there was no intentions behind it aside from testing what he had uttered. She couldnât help giggling, however, and his blue eyes rose to her in slight confusion.
âSorry,â she chuckled, shaking her head but smiling warmly at him, âBut you see? Iâm just a person, like you are.â
Nux nodded, though still seemed a little unsure of this, glancing over her again, then back up, âMuch more shine than me, though.â
âI donât know about that, but⊠thank you.â
Be Still [I don't even know why but take this meme]
Send âBe stillâ for my museâs reaction to yours trailing a hand up their thigh and shirt.
the words were barely audible in the back of the war rig, she wanted to violently jerk away. to yell at nux to find out what the hell he was doing but, the feeling of calloused hands against her flesh⊠calloused hands that didnât burn with each touch made her feel shockingly at ease.  her breathing was shaky as his hand met her skin, but she stayed still. âwhat are you doing?â  she spat out quietly,  her eyes widened with an odd mix of fear and curiosity.  she tried to move away slightly, but her back hit the wall of the cab, not giving her much in a way of getting out of his grasp, her gaze not wavering from the warboy.
