Now that was a bit disappointing but she didn’t really expect anything less from the mechanic.

“Thanks Sweetie.” she said taking the card from her and placing it in her bag. “maybe you could teach me how to repair a car one day, might be useful.”

Cindy arched a brow at the woman, somewhat surprised that someone asked to teach them. Normally it was just requests to fix vehicles and nothing else. “Not quite a good teacher, but I’m happy t’help ya learn as much as I can teach. Just give a call whenever yer free and we can see if I’m free too.”

“Why do you wanna know?” Novus asked hesitantly as he took a step back. It wasn't the fact that he had sensed her movements, it was more along the lines of Novus glancing behind his shoulder every so often to find here there. Looking to his left, followed by his right, the boy had to have some sort of escape plan going in his mind as he kept an eye on the stranger. "You've probably got me confused with somebody else."

“Hm? Ya headin’ out?” Cindy pushed away from the car she was working on before slipping out a business card from her jacket pocket, offering it to the woman. She gave a smile. “Any vehicle problems, jus’ give me a call, an’ I’ll tow ya back ‘ere for repairs.”
