I’m actually really lucky because I stared school in 2001 so whatever year it is the last two numbers are what year in school I am like in 2007 I was Year 7 and this year I am year 13.

That's really handy wow! My sister was born in 2001 so she does that with her age hahaha

Oh right your years start at strange times. We start in February and end in November. So it kind of just works out that a school year fits in a normal year

Oh weird! We start in September and end in June/July it's crazy you have like the 2013-2014 school year and weird split nonsense. Gosh that must be nice and waaay easier to keep track of! I have to make charts and whatever to figure out what years I was in a certain grade for haha

So that means another year of school for you? It’s my final year and the last exams I’ll ever have to do at school are in just over a month. I can taste freedom

I'm a senior this year so yeah this is my last year of high school. You are so close though! You know I believe in you!

I got my learners when I was 15 and my restricted when I was 16. That’s so cool that we’re the same age! How far off is your birthday?

I put off learning for a while I'm still not sure if it was worth it or not (it probably was haha) Yeah that is cool! My birthday already happened this year, but it's on May 19th :)

Ahhh I see. A birthday of responsibility… Ugh. I’m getting my full licence next month so i guess the driving laws are similar. How old are you? :-)

Yeah pretty much.. I started driving, but I haven't really driven enough for it to count for anything haha- I'm 17! :)

Rightly so! I Photoshop my friends faces into humorous images and that seems to go down well. In America is 18 a big deal? I know here it is because you can drink and do everything legally but what about where you are?

My friend did that once with my face and a bird but it wasn't for a birthday or anything, but it still made me laugh really hard. Yeah here it's a pretty big deal because you become a legal adult so for me that means like getting into rated R movies and whatnot and your learners permit becomes a real licence or something

That's perfect! I printed those out for two of my friends birthdays and it was wonderful. I'll never buy real cars again haha

That means one week exactly before I am 18. It means I have to wait one less day than if I were overseas so that’s pretty sweet :-)

Ahhhh that's so great! Early Happy Birthday!!! Maybe I'll make you a birthday card but really it'll be like 80 sheep pictures in a collage with happy birthday phrases written on it..
