In my April @boxycharm #BoxyFestival themed base box i received this @makeuperaser. First it’s a unique to @boxycharm color (sunset) and yes, it’s effective, just not enough for me to feel clean. I might use it to clean my brushes but not for my face. Not only is it coming apart but after i use it, i still don’t feel clean & i end up using cotton balls & remover, or a wipe anyways. So.. it’s just an extra step that doesn’t help me. . . My issue is that (as required) i washed it, used it & noticed it’s already starting to come apart (swipe right). The binding is loose, #makeuperaser told me when they offered me 50% off of a replacement. My issue with that is they’re offering for me to buy another bc the first (which supposedly lasts 3-5 years..) is unraveling on my first wash 😑 sorry, no. Not only can i find this exact color on @Mercari for $8-9 making the 50% off coupon pointless; but why would i buy another when i just bought this one & it’s already coming apart? 🥴 I’ll retry another, but not on another dime of my own. . . This is just my personal experience; others may have a better one. Especially with the regular MUE & not the #BoxyExclusive one. I don’t think color should make a difference.. but being manufactured “ExClUsIvElY FoR BoXy”, makes me think something could have gone wrong when they were made & that’s why it’s coming apart.🤔 . . But hey, i can buy another one if i want. Right? Lol. To be honest, I’d rather buy $20 in wipes & remover that won’t be unuseable bc i have to wash them daily. This is a cute, well intentioned product but something i hesitated to buy based on previous reviews, 2 sample sizes & now this? I’m cool. . .
