How many reps did you do on shoulders this week?
I can’t lie, dear anon, all I have the energy for these days is spamming pushups. Went up from 20-40 a day. My goal is 100 a day. We’re getting there.
I plan to use my weights more often to target shoulders. I feel lazy as fuck for not being more disciplined about it but the routine is new to me. I’ve been getting sexually charged motivation which has helped. However I need to do better, especially now, after 3 months on testosterone I can see much more progress in my biceps and triceps.
What kind of goals do you have? My main one right now is to get bulkier.
I'm working making my shoulders and back bigger. Eating more has become quite difficult since I recently got a tongue piercing, so I'm trying to will myself to have more protein shakes. I've been voice training every day. And at some point I'm locing up my hair.
